Services

We are a small care team offering day and night care services in Colchester and surrounding areas. This small radius allows for us to be both efficient and dynamic which we believe is a key part of providing effective care. We believe in a small team to ensure continuity of care and companionship. A summary of our key offerings are shown below.

Personal Care

Our aim is to support your needs to enhance daily living and activities for all adults. This can have many meanings for the individual so we adapt our services to meet your needs and preferences. This may include taking medicines, continence care, washing, preparing food and drinks, talking and listening through companionship, shopping and helping with house duties. We can help with settling down to sleep at night and rising in the morning.  Through providing a positive and supportive environment we aim to empower you to maintain your quality of life while remaining in your own home.

Counselling

We have a fully trained counsellor as part of our team and are able to support clients and families in many ways throughout the care process and beyond. We believe this is a great compliment to our other services. Often times can be worrying, daunting and overwhelming for both for the individual and their families.  Sometimes we just need that one person we can talk to, who will listen, be there in times of need and who will help to guide and support to ensure that life feels manageable when we are unsure what way to turn. We can also offer help and support when dealing with loss, grief and bereavement. Counselling can offer that safe space for people who need that little bit of extra care and support to improve their wellbeing which is done in a holistic natural empathic way.
